pressured stations, its a
relaxed gym designed to
make Ladies feel at ease

The gym (that is based at Waterworld) has agreed a
sponosrship deal again this season 2010-2011 Stoke
City ladies can use their facilities to help the girls
enhance in their own personal development to gain
strength and knowing they will gain a good and
controlled cardiovascular workout that is needed for the
game. Jamie Cartwright (LadyZones founder) has said
"the Gym is well equiped with air resistance machines
and Stoke City Ladies will find that the results will show
in their performance and we wish them all the very best
for the season"
